Parking

There is a parking lot at the Blue building with a lot entrance on N 67th Street; the building has an elevator at the parking lot level and is ADA accessible. Overflow parking can be found down the hill on 67th at the Brick Building at 6615 Dayton Ave N (entrance on 67th Street).
We have a special project we need your help with! We would love responses from everyone, whether you are attending the event on the 27th or are unable to be there – please share this link widely with everyone who had a special place for Sam in their hearts so we can have as many submissions as possible.
Some of these submissions will be shared publicly so let us know whether you give permission to use your name or whether you wish to remain anonymous. You can also leave blank any sections you’d rather skip, though the first one is particularly needed- those responses will be anonymous.
